Carlos Alcaraz leads the 2026 US Open winner market at 60.5% implied probability as the defending champion returning from a four-month wrist injury layoff. His straight-sets run through the early rounds, including a dominant fourth-round win over Tommy Paul, has confirmed his fitness and shot-making on hard courts. Jannik Sinner’s pre-tournament withdrawal with a knee injury cleared the top of the draw and elevated both Alcaraz and top seed Alexander Zverev, who sits at 25.3% after completing quarterfinal appearances at all four majors this season, capped by a straight-sets victory over Luciano Darderi. Zverev’s Roland Garros title and Wimbledon final run underpin his elevated standing. Ben Shelton at 7.2% and Frances Tiafoe at 4.7% remain the next tier after strong showings, while lower-priced options like Karen Khachanov and Alexander Blockx reflect their quarterfinal berths but limited historical major pedigree on this surface. Trader consensus reflects these recent results and bracket dynamics.
