G2's roster—valyn (IGL), jawgemo, babybay, trent, and leaf—holds an 83% head-to-head winrate over MIBR across six prior series since 2024, bolstered by solid showings at Valorant Masters Santiago last month where they reached playoffs but faltered in upsets. MIBR counters with superstar duo aspas and zekken alongside IGL Verno, Mazino, and tex, leveraging fresh synergy from their December-locked lineup and strong Kickoff performances. Group stage positioning looms large in this single round-robin, with top seeds advancing toward playoffs; no injuries or subs reported, though map vetoes like Lotus and Split could prove pivotal in the closely contested Americas field.
