The World Cup most assists market shows a tightly bunched field, with Riyad Mahrez at 37.5% implied probability and a large group of contenders clustered around 34%, reflecting the wisdom of crowds in a pre-tournament setting. This competitive dynamic arises from the depth of attacking talent across qualified sides, where wingers and midfield creators like Frantzdy Pierrot, Raphinha, Martin Ødegaard, and Alexis Vega bring comparable club form, team systems emphasizing width and transitions, and historical precedents of assists spread among multiple players during group stages and knockouts. No single standout has separated due to the absence of recent match action defining roles or injuries, leaving schedule strength, squad depth, and individual usage as key variables that could shift probabilities once the tournament begins.
