This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the champion of the Peru Liga 1. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to be named as the champion of Peru Liga 1 per the rules of Peru Liga 1 (e.g., participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after December 14, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Peru Liga 1; however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Universitario enter the 2026 Liga 1 campaign as three-time defending champions with a proven squad depth and historical edge in title races, supporting their position as the clear market leader. Alianza Lima currently top the overall table through strong early results and defensive organization, while FBC Melgar and Cienciano maintain competitive form via consistent goal output and points accumulation in the opening fixtures. Mid-table sides such as Los Chankas, Cusco FC, and Deportivo Garcilaso benefit from balanced recent performances and home advantages that keep them in playoff contention. Weaker clubs including UTC Cajamarca and FC Cajamarca trail with limited scoring and defensive vulnerabilities, reflecting their lower implied probabilities. The split-season format with Apertura and Clausura stages plus playoffs means recent table positions, injury reports, and schedule congestion will continue shaping trader consensus on the eventual champion.
