Eva Marie Desvignes enters this ITF W15 Tianjin 3 hard-court match as the clear favorite, backed by her WTA ranking near 940 and stronger recent results, including straight-set victories over Jiyun Oh and a three-set win versus Cheuk Ying Shek earlier in the event. The French player’s 16-21 singles record this season reflects greater professional experience at this level compared to Wanbing Wang, a Chinese local with sparse results and a modest 2-5 win-loss mark. Wang’s home-country status and familiarity with the surface offer limited counterbalance against Desvignes’ superior form and consistency on outdoor hard courts, though any late fitness or travel factors could still influence the outcome in this lower-tier draw.
