Boston Red Sox enter the August 10 series opener at Rogers Centre with a 64-52 record and strong road form, holding third place in the AL East while chasing playoff positioning. Toronto Blue Jays sit at 56-62, last in the division and well out of contention, with inconsistent results limiting their ability to challenge higher-standing opponents. Recent Red Sox momentum includes a solid stretch of wins that has kept them within striking distance of the top teams, while Toronto’s offense and pitching have struggled to generate consistent production. Matchup factors such as probable starters, bullpen reliability, and home/away splits will shape the contest, with the Red Sox generally viewed as the stronger side in this AL East matchup.
