These juggernauts—boasting 33-3, 34-2, and 32-2 records—advanced via decisive Sweet 16 victories Friday, preserving key players' health amid chalky early brackets that saw few upsets. Illinois lingers at 12% as a gritty No. 3 seed in the South after upending higher seeds, while UConn and Purdue represent 2-seed threats today versus Arizona and in other matchups. Momentum, neutral-site familiarity, and stylistic edges keep the Final Four race wide open.
