Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund lead the implied probabilities for most clean sheets in 2026-27, reflecting their recent defensive records and squad stability ahead of the late-August kickoff. Dortmund conceded the fewest goals (34) last season while posting the highest clean-sheet rate, and Bayern maintained strong organization despite their league-leading attack. The tight clustering around 32-43% across established sides and promoted clubs such as Hamburger SV, Elversberg, Schalke, and Paderborn stems from comparable defensive metrics, variable fixture difficulty, and the impact of European schedules on rotation. Preseason adjustments in backlines and goalkeeping options further balance expectations in a league where clean-sheet totals often hinge on early form and set-piece resilience rather than outright dominance.
