**Dai Dai** by Shakira and Burna Boy leads the VMA Best Latin market at 59.5% implied probability, propelled by its role as the official 2026 FIFA World Cup anthem. Released in May, the multilingual Afro-Latin track achieved historic global chart peaks, including extended time atop the Billboard Global 200, and received high-profile performances at tournament events, giving it unmatched mainstream visibility and crossover momentum heading into the September 27 ceremony. Choka Choka (Anitta and Shakira) follows at 43%, buoyed by its April release and strong Latin streaming but lacking comparable worldwide cultural resonance. Lower-priced contenders like Papasito (Karol G) and La Perla (Rosalía) trail due to narrower chart trajectories and less recent promotional heat. With fan voting open until September 25, the close contest among Shakira-linked entries and other nominees hinges on final streaming surges and voter turnout in the days ahead.
