Mees Rottgering holds a clear ranking edge at No. 469 over Aidan Kim at No. 661 entering their M25 Dallas second-round clash on hard courts. The 19-year-old Dutch left-hander brings more recent professional experience, including ATP Challenger appearances and a career-high of 416, while the 21-year-old American Kim transitions from strong college results at Ohio State. No prior head-to-head exists. Rottgering’s recent form includes mixed Challenger qualifying outcomes, whereas Kim secured his opening win here against Alejandro Hernandez Gutierrez. Traders weigh Rottgering’s higher-level exposure and consistency against Kim’s physical tools and home-soil comfort in assessing implied probabilities for the round-of-16 encounter.
