Mayar Sherif holds a 64% implied probability as top seed and world No. 90 favorite over No. 122 Leyre Romero Gormaz in their Dubrovnik WTA 125 clay-court quarterfinal, driven by her three WTA clay titles, left-handed topspin game, and consistent red-dirt experience against the Spaniard's emerging but less proven challenger-level form. Sherif advanced with a straight-sets first-round win here after a Palermo second-round exit, while 22-year-old Romero Gormaz, riding qualifier momentum and recent ITF clay success, notched upsets in earlier rounds yet faces her first meeting with higher-ranked foes at this level. No injuries reported; surface suits both, but Sherif's pedigree tips trader consensus amid competitive odds.
