Mae Malige and Luca Potenza meet in the quarterfinals of the ITF M25 Caltanissetta on outdoor clay. Potenza, the higher-ranked Italian at No. 458, holds a 1-0 head-to-head edge after a straight-sets win on hard courts in early 2025 and enters with strong recent form on the surface after straight-sets victories in his opening matches. Malige, the 20-year-old Frenchman ranked No. 546, has shown promise with consistent clay results this spring, including a title run at M25 Carnac and two wins at the current event. Both players have advanced efficiently through the draw, making recent form, ranking differential, and Potenza’s home-country advantage the primary factors shaping trader views on the outcome.
