Lens holds a commanding position in the Ligue 1 table, sitting second with 59 points from 27 matches—four behind leaders PSG but a decisive 10 points clear of third-placed Marseille—bolstering their 81.5% implied probability for a runner-up finish amid a tight title race. Lille's 18% trader consensus reflects their hot streak of four wins in five, including a recent 2-1 victory over Marseille, positioning them 12 points back with a crucial home Derby du Nord against Lens on April 4 that could narrow the gap if they capitalize despite multiple injuries like Ethan Mbappé and Hamza Igamane. Lyon at 13% benefits from a fresh 2-1 win over Lille, while Marseille and Monaco (both 10.5%) falter after recent losses, with seven matchdays remaining emphasizing Lens's superior goal difference (+30) and consistency.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Ligue 1 as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Ligue 1. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
