Napoli leads trader consensus for Serie A second place at 52% implied probability, reflecting their surge to 62 points after 30 matchdays—just one behind AC Milan's 63—fueled by a four-match winning streak post-injury crisis recovery and an upcoming home clash against Milan on April 6 that could flip the table. Milan's defensive solidity (just three losses, +24 goal difference) sustains their 38.5% pricing despite the tight standings race for Champions League qualification. Inter's six-point title lead (69 points) caps their 2nd-place odds at 13%, while Como's surprise fourth-place push (57 points) earns 9.5% on strong pressing metrics but faces a steep climb with eight games left amid favorable fixtures for the top duo.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
