This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed team is determined as the champion of the Greek Basketball League. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to be named as the champion of Greek Basketball League per the rules of Greek Basketball League (e.g., participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after June 7, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Greek Basketball League; however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Olympiacos clinched the No. 1 seed with a perfect 22-0 regular-season record, securing home-court advantage through the Stoiximan Basket League playoffs, but trader consensus tilts slightly to Panathinaikos at 50.5% implied probability amid their championship pedigree, highlighted by a dominant 79-68 Greek Cup final victory over Olympiacos in February and a 96-63 blowout of Promitheas in the regular-season finale on April 4. With quarterfinal best-of-three series underway—Olympiacos facing struggling Mykonos BC and Panathinaikos hosting Promitheas Patras—the duo's paths point to a probable semifinal or finals clash, where historic derby intensity, EuroLeague fatigue, and playoff execution keep the race neck-and-neck despite the Reds' dominance. Lower seeds like AEK Athens and PAOK Thessaloniki lurk but reflect minimal upset potential at 5% or below.
