This market will resolve according to the listed player who wins the 2026 Valero Texas Open tournament. If a listed player is eliminated from contention for the Valero Texas Open tournament based on the official rules of the tournament, the relevant market will immediately resolve to "No". If an unlisted player wins the Valero Texas Open tournament this market will resolve to "Other". In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by PGA Tour official tournament rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If no winner is announced by April 11, 2026 at 8:00PM ET this market will resolve to "Other". The primary resolution source will be the official results published by the PGA Tour website (https://www.pgatour.com/).A wave of high-profile withdrawals—including Collin Morikawa's back injury pullout, alongside Nicolai Hojgaard, Pierceson Coody, and Matthias Schmid—has thinned the contender ranks at the Valero Texas Open on TPC San Antonio's windy Oaks Course, propelling trader consensus toward a tight cluster of mid-tier and qualifier hopefuls like Zach Bauchou, Daniel Brown, A.J. Ewart, Matt McCarty, Max McGreevy, and J.T. Poston at around 25% implied probabilities each. Round 1 suspension due to darkness positioned Mark Hubbard alone at 7-under, with Tony Finau, Davis Thompson, Andrew Putnam, Robert MacIntyre, and Steven Fisk lurking at 6-under, underscoring the leaderboard volatility and scrambling demands that keep this wide-open field competitive heading into a wind-swept Friday double-round push.
