The primary resolution source will be the official results published by the event organizer or governing body. The deep and star-studded field for the Amgen Irish Open at the new Doonbeg links venue features multiple recent winners and major champions, including defending champion Rory McIlroy, Jon Rahm, Shane Lowry, Brooks Koepka, and Joaquin Niemann. This parity, combined with the Atlantic winds and firm turf typical of Irish links golf, makes any single player’s lead after 36 holes highly uncertain. Recent form, course familiarity, and draw position add further variables, while the absence of dominant early-round specialists keeps implied probabilities clustered tightly among dozens of contenders. Trader consensus reflects this broad distribution of realistic paths to the second-round lead.
