Napoli holds a commanding position in the race for Serie A second place, backed by a double-digit points advantage over Roma and AC Milan with the campaign nearing its conclusion. Their consistent results across recent matchweeks, including key victories that widened the gap, have solidified trader consensus around their implied probability. The chasing sides remain locked in a battle for European spots but face a steep climb given their lower goal differences, fewer remaining fixtures, and inconsistent form. While an improbable sequence of upsets, injuries, or dropped points by Napoli in the final rounds could theoretically reopen the contest, the current standings and schedule make significant movement highly unlikely.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
