Kylian Mbappé leads the market at 22% implied probability thanks to his proven World Cup pedigree, including a prior Golden Boot, combined with a prolific 2025-26 club season at Real Madrid that underscores his pace and finishing in high-stakes matches. Lamine Yamal sits second at 15% on the strength of his breakout Euro 2024 contributions and Spain’s favored status, while Harry Kane’s 14% reflects his experience as a 2018 Golden Boot winner and England’s reliable attacking structure. Viktor Gyökeres and Raphinha trail closely behind, buoyed by strong club output and Portugal’s and Brazil’s respective tournament paths. The tight clustering among the top five stems from several elite forwards entering peak form on competitive squads with favorable group-stage schedules, where goal contributions hinge on minutes played, set-piece involvement, and progression depth rather than any single standout edge.
