Kylian Mbappé holds a commanding two-goal lead in the La Liga Pichichi race with 23 goals from 26 matches, fueling trader consensus at 89.4% implied probability, bolstered by Real Madrid's title-chasing momentum and favorable remaining fixtures against lower-table sides. Vedat Muriqi's hot streak—three goals across his last two outings, including a 90+1 winner in Mallorca's shock 2-1 upset over Real Madrid last weekend—has narrowed the gap to 21 and lifted his odds to 7%, highlighting his non-penalty scoring prowess (16 open-play goals). Challengers face steep barriers given Mbappé's 0.88 goals-per-game rate versus Muriqi's 0.70, though an Mbappé injury, rest amid Real Madrid's grueling schedule, or Muriqi's continued haul against Mallorca's tougher slate could shift the race.

If the listed player finishes as the sole top goal scorer in the 2025–26 La Liga season, the market will resolve to "Yes". Otherwise, it will resolve to "No".
Goals scored in La Liga matches only will count. Goals in other competitions (e.g., Copa del Rey, Spanish Super Cup, Champions League, Europa League, international matches) will not count for this market.
If multiple players tie for the top goal scorer, the market will resolve to the player whose last name comes first alphabetically.
If the 2025–26 La Liga season is canceled or not completed by August 1, 2026, the market will resolve to "Other".
The primary resolution source will be official statistics from La Liga. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
