Spain leads the UEFA Euro 2028 outright market following its 2026 World Cup triumph, which reinforced La Roja’s depth and tactical consistency under established leadership. France and England trail closely on the strength of their attacking talent pools, recent Nations League and qualifier results, and favorable draw positions once qualifying groups form. Portugal, Germany, and the Netherlands remain competitive through experienced cores and strong club representation in European competitions, while emerging sides like Norway add variance. With qualifying yet to begin in earnest and multiple nations boasting similar squad quality plus home-soil advantages for several contenders, the tight spread among the top five reflects broad trader consensus on the parity across Europe’s elite programs.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed nation to win the UEFA EURO 2028 per the rules of UEFA (e.g., they are eliminated in the playoffs), the corresponding market will resolve to “No”.
If the UEFA EURO 2028 is cancelled, postponed after July 23, 2028, 11:59 PM ET or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from UEFA; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
