Chovy's contract with Gen.G runs through November 2027, anchoring the mid laner's position on the LCK's dominant roster that captured the 2026 season title with a 3-1 Grand Final win over Hanwha Life Esports. The organization has prioritized continuity, extending supporting pieces like Canyon and Duro while Chovy and Ruler remain locked in longer-term deals amid consistent regular-season leadership and playoff success. Recent form shows Chovy delivering high-impact performances, including MVP-level play and strong statistical output across LCK splits, with no reported contract disputes, performance dips, or external interest disrupting the setup. This stability underpins trader consensus that the star mid laner is unlikely to depart before his deal expires.

Ini bukan saran trading dan tidak berperan dalam bagaimana pasar ini diselesaikan. · DiperbaruiFor the purpose of this market, Chovy is considered to have "left" if he is officially removed from Gen.G's active roster — including a transfer to another team, release, contract termination, benching to inactive/reserve status, loan to another team, retirement, or any other departure from the active lineup — as reflected on Gen.G's Liquipedia page (https://liquipedia.net/leagueoflegends/Gen.G). An official announcement by Gen.G by the deadline that Chovy has departed the team, or will not be part of Gen.G's roster for the 2027 season, will also count as leaving.
The change must occur by the deadline and be reflected in the resolution source. Once the departure appears in the resolution source, it must remain in effect for at least 48 continuous hours to be valid. This 48-hour period may finish after the deadline, so long as the departure itself occurred by the deadline. If the change is reverted before 48 hours have elapsed, it will not count toward resolution.
A name change or alias referring to the same player on the same team does not count as leaving. Temporary absence for a single match (with the player remaining on the roster) does not count.
If Gen.G disbands, or Chovy and Gen.G part ways because the roster is dissolved, this will count as the player leaving and resolve "Yes".
The primary resolution source for this market will be Liquipedia; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
