Royal Challengers Bengaluru tops the IPL 2026 points table with a 4-1 record and superior +1.503 NRR after a commanding 5-wicket win over Lucknow Super Giants on April 15, fueled by Virat Kohli's Orange Cap-leading 228 runs and tight bowling from Josh Hazlewood and Krunal Pandya. Rajasthan Royals trail closely at 4-1 (+0.889 NRR) despite a 57-run loss to Sunrisers Hyderabad, while unbeaten Punjab Kings (3-0-1, +0.720 NRR) build momentum post no-result. Mumbai Indians lag at 1-3 following RCB's high-scoring 18-run victory. Trader consensus reflects early-season volatility, post-auction squad balance, and a congested top-four race with demanding fixtures ahead in the group stage.
