Krajicek and Mektic, the fourth seeds with extensive ATP doubles experience including prior titles and deep runs on hard courts, face Nouza and Oberleitner in the Winston-Salem Open doubles final after both pairs posted strong semifinal wins. Krajicek/Mektic rallied from a first-set deficit to defeat top seeds Arribage/Guinard in a match tiebreak, while Nouza/Oberleitner continued their surge by beating third seeds Miedler/Polmans in straight sets following an earlier upset of Ram/Salisbury. The hard-court surface and Nouza/Oberleitner's recent form against seeded teams create a competitive dynamic, with trader consensus reflecting the favorites' track record and the underdogs' momentum in this ATP 250 event.
