Pranav Karthik enters this M15 Hurghada quarterfinal on outdoor hard courts with strong recent momentum, securing straight-sets victories over Svarmanyu Singh and a three-set win against Ivan Gretskiy in the same event. The Indian player has shown improved consistency on the surface, converting break points effectively in recent matches. Felipe Virgili Berini, an Italian competitor ranked near the lower ITF levels, brings limited head-to-head history against Karthik in their first meeting, with his form drawn from earlier 2026 clay and indoor events. Key factors include both players' adaptation to the fast hard-court conditions in Egypt, potential fatigue from the tournament schedule, and any late adjustments to serving or baseline play that could shift the implied probabilities reflected in trader consensus.
