Napoli holds a commanding three-point lead over AC Milan in the Serie A table after 32 matches, with 66 points to Milan's 63 and an uncatchable nine-point deficit to leaders Inter, driving trader consensus to price Napoli at 84% for second-place finish with six games remaining. Their crucial 1-0 victory over Milan on April 6 via Matteo Politano's goal solidified this edge, showcasing defensive solidity (17 goal difference) and recent form despite a goalless draw at Parma last weekend. AC Milan, second-favorite at 9.5%, struggles with inconsistent performances and a tougher run-in, while Atalanta (53 points, 3.4%) and surging Como (58 points, 1.7%) trail too far amid top-four Champions League implications, leaving little room for upsets barring major Napoli slips.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Serie A as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Serie A season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Serie A season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Serie A. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
