Massimiliano Allegri holds overwhelming trader consensus as Napoli's next manager following Antonio Conte's departure after the 2025-26 Serie A campaign. The former AC Milan and Juventus coach reached a verbal agreement on a two-year deal in recent days, prevailing over alternatives like Vincenzo Italiano after Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis accelerated negotiations. Allegri's availability after his Milan exit, combined with his proven Serie A record and prior history replacing Conte at Juventus, has driven the market positioning. Formal confirmation remains pending resolution of Allegri's Milan exit details, leaving room for shifts if contract terms change or the club pivots to another candidate.
