Joey Bosa enters 2026 free agency as a 31-year-old unrestricted free agent coming off a one-year, $13.2 million deal with the Buffalo Bills, where he recorded five sacks in 15 games amid ongoing injury concerns that have limited his availability in recent seasons. With no major offers materializing and the market remaining quiet, traders see a wide range of landing spots for the veteran edge rusher on a short-term or incentive-laden contract. Speculation around a potential reunion with brother Nick Bosa and the 49ers has cooled, while teams across the league could value his pass-rush experience in rotational roles. The bunched probabilities reflect this uncertainty, as outcomes hinge on Bosa’s health, willingness to accept reduced compensation, and which clubs prioritize immediate depth at outside linebacker before training camp.
