Julie Struplova holds the edge in the ITF W75 Ceska Lipa second-round clash on outdoor red clay, reflecting her WTA ranking of 272 against Martha Matoula’s 346. The 21-year-old Czech has posted strong recent results on the surface, including a first-round win, and benefits from home-country familiarity plus a favorable head-to-head record after defeating the Greek in their only prior meeting. Matoula, 29, advanced in three sets from the opening round but faces a sizable ranking and momentum gap on a surface that rewards consistency and movement. No reported injuries or late withdrawals alter the draw, though clay-court variability and Struplova’s youth remain the primary variables traders weigh.
