RC Lens commands an 85% implied probability for Ligue 1 runner-up honors, holding second place with 62 points from 29 matches—nine clear of third-placed Lille (53 points)—bolstered by a dramatic 3-2 comeback victory over Toulouse on April 17 that extended their lead despite Lille's 3-0 northern derby win on April 4. Lille's five-match unbeaten streak (four wins) and superior recent form keep them at 47.5%, while Marseille (52 points, recent 3-1 win over Metz) and Lyon (51 points) linger within striking distance at 46.5% and 39.0%, respectively, amid tight table contention and five games remaining for most contenders. PSG's distant 2.9% reflects their commanding 63-point lead from 27 games. Lens's +28 goal difference and home strength underpin trader consensus.

In the event of a tie, this market will resolve to the team officially recognized by Ligue 1 as finishing in second place. If multiple teams are officially awarded second place, the market will resolve to the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If at any point it becomes impossible for the listed club to finish 2nd in the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season (e.g. they are mathematically unable to achieve enough points), the market will resolve to "No".
If the 2025-2026 Ligue 1 season is cancelled, postponed after May 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no 2nd place team declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”.
The primary resolution source will be official information from Ligue 1. A consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
