If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of Primera B (Chile) for the 2026 season per the rules of Primera B (Chile) (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the Primera B (Chile); however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.Multiple teams remain tightly bunched in the Liga de Ascenso table midway through the 2026 campaign, with Cobreloa holding a narrow lead on 34 points while Santiago Wanderers sit just one point behind and several sides including San Marcos de Arica, Puerto Montt, Antofagasta, San Luis, and Magallanes clustered within a handful of points. Recent match results have produced frequent draws and narrow wins that prevent any single challenger from pulling clear for the runner-up spot, preserving broad promotion-playoff contention. This ongoing parity, combined with remaining fixtures and the format's emphasis on consistent performance across the long schedule, sustains the even distribution of implied probabilities across more than a dozen clubs.
