This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed club is determined as the runner-up of the A League Soccer for the 2026-27 season. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No". If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to finish as runner-up of A League Soccer for the 2026-27 season per the rules of A League Soccer (e.g., the participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No". If multiple teams are declared as second-place finishers, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically. If this event is cancelled, postponed after July 31, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or a runner-up has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source will be official information from the A League Soccer; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026–27 Isuzu UTE A-League Men campaign opens in mid-October with a 26-match regular season format and expanded finals qualification for the top six, creating broad uncertainty around the runner-up spot. Newcastle Jets enter as defending premiers and Auckland FC as champions, yet both face roster turnover through the summer transfer window alongside every other club. Squad rebuilding, new signings, and pre-season preparations have produced comparable depth across the competition, with no side yet demonstrating clear separation in form or stability. This parity, combined with the absence of meaningful on-field results so far, keeps implied probabilities tightly clustered as traders weigh similar paths for multiple teams to finish second in the table.
