Adelaide Crows and Western Bulldogs enter a potential AFL wildcard final at Adelaide Oval as closely matched contenders, with both sides posting 13-15 wins amid late-season inconsistency. The Crows boast elite defense, top rankings in points against and ball-movement metrics, and leadership from All-Australian skipper Jordan Dawson, though recent results include narrow losses to Fremantle and Collingwood. The Bulldogs have tightened their defense under Luke Beveridge after injury disruptions, showing resilience in draws and wins over Melbourne and Richmond, yet they remain vulnerable on the road. Head-to-head results are split, with Adelaide’s 57-point June win offset by the Dogs’ earlier narrow victory, leaving home advantage, current form, and key absences as the primary variables that could shift the even implied probability.
