Rafael Jodar, the 19-year-old Spaniard at No. 89, rides breakout momentum into his first ATP quarterfinal at Grand Prix Hassan II after upsetting No. 42 Tomas Machac 6-4, 4-6, 6-3 on clay Thursday, showcasing aggressive baseline play akin to Nadal and Alcaraz. No. 94 Alexandre Muller, 29, counters with veteran experience and solid Marrakech form, advancing past Federico Cina in straight sets earlier this week. No head-to-head exists on this red-clay surface where both thrive—Jodar with youthful power, Muller leveraging endurance from a career-high No. 38 ranking. Absent injury concerns or weather issues, traders eye a competitive battle hinging on Muller's tactical depth versus Jodar's rising clay credentials.
