This market will resolve according to the city announced to host Eurovision 2027. This market will resolve immediately based on the official announcement for which city will host Eurovision 2027, regardless of whether that decision is later changed or the city hosts the event. If no decision is announced by December 31, 2026, 11:59PM ET, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be information from Eurovision, including https://www.eurovision.com/, or a consensus of credible reporting.Sofia leads the Eurovision 2027 host city market at an 85.5% implied probability because its capital status, international airport, and 18,000-capacity Arena Sofia give it decisive advantages in infrastructure and organizational capacity. The Bulgarian National Television (BNT) opened the official bidding process after Dara’s 2026 victory, and recent meetings with all four contenders underscored Sofia’s edge in meeting EBU venue and logistics requirements without major upgrades.
