This market will resolve to the manager who wins the 2026 American League Manager of the Year award for the 2026 MLB Season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by MLB rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the manager whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026 MLB season is cancelled, postponed after December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source for this market will be official information from Major League Baseball; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. Will Venable holds the lead in the AL Manager of the Year market due to the Chicago White Sox’s dramatic turnaround from 102 losses the prior season to a narrow lead atop the AL Central at 76-73. In his second year, Venable has guided a roster with low preseason expectations into playoff contention, a development that has solidified trader consensus around his candidacy. Kevin Cash ranks second as the Tampa Bay Rays maintain one of the league’s strongest records and consistent contention in the AL East. Stephen Vogt and other listed managers trail because their teams sit further back in the standings or lack comparable improvement narratives this late in the regular season. The tight division race and roster context continue to shape positioning among the field.
