**With roughly three weeks left in the 2026 regular season, the ERA title remains highly fluid.** Current leaders like Shohei Ohtani (1.79 ERA in 85.2 IP) and Ben Brown (1.85 in 68 IP) post elite marks but trail in innings, raising qualification risks under standard minimums around 162 IP. Jacob Misiorowski (1.95 ERA, 161.1 IP) combines strong peripherals and volume, while names like Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Cristopher Sánchez, and Dylan Cease sit close behind with favorable recent form and deeper workloads. Trader pricing reflects this uncertainty, with no pitcher commanding more than low-single-digit implied probability amid shifting rotations, bullpen usage, and the potential for late surges or injuries to alter the leaderboard.
