The New York Mets face the San Francisco Giants in the series finale at pitcher-friendly Oracle Park, where both clubs sit at 3-4 early in the season amid the Giants' 7-2 opener win on April 2 behind Rafael Devers' homer and Casey Schmitt's three hits. Probable starters Clay Holmes (1-0, 3.18 ERA) and Landen Roupp (1-0, 0.00 ERA) boast strong debuts, but San Francisco's depleted bullpen—missing José Buttó (right arm fatigue, 15-day IL), Joel Peguero (hamstring), and several relievers on injured list—poses risks after heavy usage. Mets contend with a 1-3 road record and potential Juan Soto calf tightness concern, while Harrison Bader hits .342 career vs. Giants; home/away splits and Oracle Park marine layer could suppress offense.
