This market will resolve according to the first individual who is officially announced as the next permanent successor to Calvin McDonald as CEO of Lululemon Inc. by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. An announcement of a successor will be sufficient for a "Yes" resolution regardless of whether the announced replacement actually becomes the next CEO of Lululemon. Interim CEOs will not qualify. If no permanent successor to Calvin McDonald as CEO of Lululemon Inc. is announced by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Other”. The resolution source will be public statements from Lululemon Inc.Trader consensus on Polymarket reflects intense uncertainty in Lululemon's CEO succession race following Calvin McDonald's abrupt departure announcement on August 15, with board members Teri List, Jon McNeill, and Stephanie Linnartz clustered at 39.3%, 38.9%, and 38.4% implied probabilities, signaling no clear frontrunner amid the brand's athleisure dominance and recent sales slowdowns. List's Gap CFO tenure edges her in retail ops expertise, McNeill's Lyft scaling differentiates on growth strategy, while Linnartz's Ritz-Carlton leadership highlights consumer experience scaling—key amid Lululemon's cultural shift from yoga niche to lifestyle empire. No updates in the past week keep the pack tight; watch for board meetings or leaks before year-end resolution, as historical apparel CEO hunts favor internals with omnichannel savvy.
