This market will resolve to the player who wins the Calder Memorial Trophy for the 2026-27 NHL season. In the event of a tie, this market will resolve according to the official winner as determined by NHL rules. If multiple winners are announced then this market will resolve to the player whose listed last name comes first alphabetically. If the 2026-27 NHL season is cancelled, postponed after June 30, 2027, 11:59 PM ET, or there is otherwise no winner declared within that timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other". The resolution source for this market will be official information from the NHL; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used. The 2026 NHL Draft produced a deep rookie class that has kept the 2026-27 Calder Trophy market tightly bunched, with trader consensus reflecting uncertainty over who will secure top-six minutes, power-play time, and consistent production amid strong competition. Porter Martone holds a slight edge from his late-2025-26 NHL experience with the Flyers (10 points in nine games plus postseason play), while No. 1 pick Gavin McKenna benefits from projected top-six deployment alongside Toronto stars like Auston Matthews and William Nylander during training camp and preseason. Ivar Stenberg follows closely after his SHL production and world junior standout performance with the Sharks. Additional first-rounders such as Anton Frondell and Cole Hutson add depth, with roster battles, adaptation challenges, and situational ice time preventing any single prospect from pulling away in the early consensus.
