Team Vitality enters IEM Rio 2026 as the overwhelming trader favorite at 61.5% implied probability to claim the ESL Grand Slam title, driven by their unmatched dominance in recent Counter-Strike 2 competition. A flawless victory at BLAST Rotterdam Open—winning without dropping a single map, extending a 21-match unbeaten streak and three straight major titles—has solidified their status as the world's top team, anchored by superstar rifler ZywOo's consistent MVP-level play and a stable roster including apEX, flameZ, and mezii. Despite a stacked Group A featuring Spirit, Falcons, G2, and Gentle Mates, top seeding and historical edge in high-stakes playoffs fuel consensus. Group stage kicks off April 13, with playoffs April 17-19 as key catalysts for potential shifts.
