Golden State Valkyries follow at 21.0%, boosted by a three-year max contract for Gabby Williams and draft picks including Flau'jae Johnson at No. 8, positioning the expansion team for quick impact. Los Angeles Sparks (20.9%) strengthened their backcourt via trade for Ariel Atkins from Chicago, while Dallas Wings (17.9%) added No. 1 overall pick Azzi Fudd, fueling upside despite prior playoff misses. These post-draft shifts, finalized April 13, drive the closely contested top tier amid defending champion Las Vegas Aces' relative quiet.
