Amy Zhu holds a clear edge over Gio Jang in the ITF W35 Changwon 2 round of 32 on outdoor hard courts, driven by her superior WTA ranking near 630 and more extensive professional experience at age 31. The American enters with a career win rate around 50 percent but has shown inconsistency through recent first-round exits, while the 20-year-old South Korean benefits from local familiarity and solid ITF results on home soil despite a mixed recent record. With no head-to-head history, surface-specific baseline play and early break-point conversion will likely determine the outcome in this closely contested first-round matchup.
