Disappointing early tracking data from HitsDailyDouble and Luminate positions Kanye West's surprise-dropped 'Bully' for under 300k first-week units, anchoring the 81.5% implied probability as traders' consensus. Weak streaming debuts—under 20 million Spotify U.S. streams in the first 24 hours—signal limited fan mobilization amid Ye's ongoing controversies, including antisemitic backlash and label disputes that stifled traditional promotion. Historical sales declines from Vultures 1's 363k peak underscore this trajectory, with physical bundles scarce and no radio airplay boosting higher bins like 300k-400k (7%). Final Billboard numbers due Friday will resolve, but current sentiment favors a career-low debut.
