**Recent official announcements of two Ye concerts in St. Petersburg have anchored trader sentiment.** On August 17–18, 2026, organizers confirmed dates for October 10 and 11 at the 70,000-capacity Gazprom Arena as part of the Ye Live Concert Tour supporting the album *Bully*. Tickets went on sale immediately and sold out rapidly, with prices ranging from roughly $106 to nearly $1,900, signaling strong confirmed demand and logistical commitment. These shows would mark the first major Western stadium performances in Russia since the 2022 Ukraine invasion, aligning precisely with the market’s October 31 cutoff. The dates fall well inside the resolution window on an active, publicly promoted tour that already includes other international stops, reducing typical cancellation risk for a high-profile artist. While entertainment events can face last-minute shifts from regulatory, geopolitical, or personal factors, the combination of venue confirmation, ticketing activity, and tour infrastructure supports the current 74.5% implied probability for a “Yes” outcome. Key near-term catalysts include any additional promotional updates or presale milestones before the shows.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Kanye West performs live in-person on-stage in front of a live audience in Russia by October 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
The performance must take place at an event that was announced or promoted in advance, and held at a venue such as an arena, stadium, festival ground, concert hall, theater, or club, and is open to an audience by ticket, invitation, or other controlled entry.
