Norway vs France opens the Portugal T20I Tri-Series on April 5 at Santarem Cricket Ground in Albergaria, marking the start of a double round-robin with host Portugal, where early points could shape net run rate and playoff positioning. Norway carries momentum from recent T20I successes, including a 22-run win over France in last August's Viking Cup (138/5 vs 116/7) and a 32-run victory against Hungary, bolstering their batting depth and bowling attack. France enters with mixed results, featuring narrow wins like a 2-wicket chase over Sweden but losses to stronger European sides like Austria. The pitch typically aids batsmen in the first innings (average 160), with consistent bounce favoring pace early and spin later; toss winner may opt to bat, while mild April weather poses no delays. No key injuries reported, leaving trader focus on confirmed lineups and toss outcome.
