This market is about whether any player achieves a Rampage during Game 3. In Dota 2, a Rampage occurs when a single player kills all 5 enemy heroes in rapid succession without dying. This market will resolve to "Yes" if any player on either team achieves a Rampage during Game 3. This market will resolve to "No" if no player achieves a Rampage. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or is delayed beyond 7 days from the scheduled date, this market will resolve to 50-50. If Game 3 is never played due to forfeit, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to 50-50. If Game 3 is not played because the series result has already been determined (e.g., a team clinches the series before Game 3 is needed), this market will resolve to 50-50. If Game 3 begins but is not completed and ends via forfeit, this market will resolve based on whether a Rampage occurred prior to stoppage. If no Rampage occurred, this market will resolve to "No". If Game 3 is remade, resolution will be based on the remade game only. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://www.dotabuff.com. However, if https://www.dotabuff.com has not published final results within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. This market is about whether any player achieves an Ultra Kill during Game 3. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.Power Rangers enters this European Pro League Season 38 Group B best-of-three with strong recent form, including a five-match win streak and a higher world ranking in the low-to-mid tier compared to unranked Noir Esports. The CIS squad has shown consistent results across recent league fixtures, while Noir has minimal documented activity or results heading into the matchup. Roster stability, head-to-head history, and adaptation to the current Dota 2 patch and meta further shape expectations, with traders viewing Power Rangers as the clear favorite based on momentum and experience in similar tier-3 events. Schedule congestion and potential lineup adjustments remain variables that could influence series length or individual game outcomes through June 21.

If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.
