Ania Hertel, the higher-ranked Polish player at WTA No. 585, faces Swiss teenager Iva Ivanovic in the first round of the ITF W15 Banja Luka on outdoor clay. Hertel brings more match experience and recent clay-court activity, including qualifier wins, while Ivanovic holds a lower ITF ranking near 1855 and a 1-7 record in 2026.
