Matthew Dellavedova enters this M15 Gimcheon first-round match on hard courts as the clear favorite due to his higher ATP ranking and greater professional experience against lower-ranked opponent Donghyun Hwang. Dellavedova has competed at higher levels in recent seasons, while Hwang has shown mixed results in ITF events, including qualifier wins but recent losses in main-draw play. No prior head-to-head meetings exist between the players. The hard surface favors Dellavedova's established game, though first-round ITF matches can feature variance based on current form and any late adjustments to lineups or fitness. Trader consensus reflects these experience and ranking gaps.
