Fausto Tabacco and Izan Almazan Valiente square off in the quarterfinals of the M15 Monastir hard-court event, where both players have posted strong recent results in the Tunisian swing. The 24-year-old Italian Tabacco, ranked near 742, arrives with momentum after consecutive victories including a comeback against Arthur Weber and a straight-sets win over Hugo Coquelin. The 20-year-old Spaniard Almazan Valiente, ranked slightly higher around 670-676, also enters in solid form following a dominant win over Mathieu Scaglia and prior deep runs in other M15 tournaments. With no head-to-head history and similar career trajectories at this ITF level, the outcome hinges on current match fitness, serve consistency, and adaptation to the fast hard courts that reward aggressive baseline play.
